Brian brings 17 years of extensive experience in retail underwriting to Green Brick Mortgage. Prior to joining the team, Brian served as a Credit Policy Manager for a mid-sized bank, where he began his career as an underwriter. He also spent nine years as a conventional and government loan underwriter for several organizations, including a national homebuilder, two of the largest banks in the U.S., and a government-sponsored enterprise (GSE). Brian holds an FHA Direct Endorsement Certification (CHUMS #HK18), reflecting his deep expertise in the underwriting field.
